Before you fill in the precinct number, please call Nancy Lecklieder at 541.330.1853 so she can check to be sure that we do not have two people applying for the same position. If a precinct is full, most likely you can be assigned to a precinct adjacent to yours. Nancy can take the form to the Clerk for you.  Or, after talking to her, you can take it to the Clerk's office yourself at:
